Abstract
Motivation can be interpreted and interpreted differently by each person people according to the situation of each person. One of the uses of this term and concept of motivation is to describe the relationship between expectations and goals. Every person and organization wants to be able to achieve something or some goals in their activities. Generally, theorists in the past viewed wages or Salary is the most important motivator for employee behavior. Money can help people get what they want he wants as long as he wants it can be bought or obtained with money. Money has value to a person as long as it can satisfy his wants and needs outside the workplace. Allah has given special characteristics to each creatures according to their functions. Among the most important distinctive features of the creative nature of animals and humans is physiological motivation. Physiological functions are an important aspect of human life that accommodates physical needs, fulfills or replaces any deficiencies, and corrects shocks or imbalances.
