Abstract
Basically every child has the potential and interests of each talent. But there are several factors that can affect the potential to develop these interests and talents. This study aims to determine Madrasah Management in Developing Interests and Talents of Students. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research type. This research was conducted at Madrasah Aliyah Swasta Islamiyah Hessa Air Genting. The techniques used in collecting data are interview, observation, and documentation techniques. The data analysis technique in this study is data reduction and drawing conclusions. The guarantors of the validity of the data in this study are credibility, transferability, dependability and confirmability. The findings of this study indicate that: (1) The implementation of madrasah management in developing the interests and talents of students at MAS Islamiyah through the development of students. Each student chooses several extracurricular activities according to their respective interests and talents such as scouts, pencak silat, futsal, volleyball, and sewing. (2) The obstacles that exist in MAS Islamiyah Hessa Air Genting, the first is the lack of facilities to support the interests and talents of students. Second, there is no special coach to foster the interests and talents of students. (3) The madrasa management solution in developing the interests and talents of students in overcoming the first obstacle is by utilizing existing facilities. Second, is by utilizing teachers who have certain talents to foster and train these students.
